WSD announces new listing capability with SPi exports

WSD is pleased to announce new listing capabilities via SPi exports a new SPi feature.

A part of the WSD group, SPi provides market intelligence, reference data and lifecycle information for the structured products industry.

The WSD Group is the leading provider of document automation solutions for structured products. With SPi exports, the group is bringing its DocAuto and PRIIP Cloud clients even more value by allowing them to list products on exchanges and manage lifecycle events.

WSD developed SPi exports to help address the fragmented technology landscape that currently hampers manufacturers’ operational efficiency. The listing technology works by mapping manufacturers’ reference data, as well as the regulatory documents created using WSD’s document automation technology, to different exchanges.

“We’re very pleased to have worked with so many of our clients to develop this new solution. As manufacturers need to scale to different jurisdictions and exchanges to become more efficient, WSD is always looking to support our clients in this journey,” said Tiago Fernandes, Managing Director at the WSD Group. “We would also like to acknowledge our exchange partners, who are continuously trying to provide better market services.”

WSD can list structured products and other securities on:

  • The Vienna Stock Exchange
  • Connexor/SIX
  • EDGAR (via regulatory filings)
  • SEDAR (via regulatory filings)

More exchanges will be added in the coming months.
